Pre-orders open 45-60 days in advance, with new opportunities to order every 2-3 weeks. Before each event, I'll announce what will be for sale! Cookie Fairy Club gets first dibs! Once orders are live, an e-mail will go out with a link to order! Your Cookie Fairy will notify the public via Instagram when it’s their turn to join in and order!

To secure your date, event's should be booked at least 90 days in advance. I accept bookings up to 6 months ahead of time. Just fill out the inquiry form above to get started! A minimum of 4 menu items is requred to book an event. For weddings, reservations can be made up to 12 months in advance with a 10 menu item minimum.

Your order will be placed in the cooler during your scheduled pick-up window (typically 90-120 minutes). If your order is not picked up within that time, it will be brought inside to keep it safe and temperature controlled.

If you miss your pick-up window, you'll need to reschedule with me to ensure there's space in the cooler and that I'm available to set it out.

When my current order list gets down to 10 or fewer spots, I'll open my waitlist! I will send an email or post a prompt on my story where you can drop your name and number to be added.

Once your on the list, I'll reach out when your name comes up and I have an opening. This could be a full order, a combo box, a mini box, or a variety box.

Availability depends on whether I've made extra that day or if a spot opens from a cancellation.

My treats stay fresh up to 5 days at room temperature in an airtight container (if they last that long!)

If you'd like to keep them longer, all of my treats freeze beautifully for up to 2-3 months. Just pop them in a freezer-safe bag or container, and when you're ready to enjoy, let them thaw at room temperature for a rainy day treat!

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled pickup date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of pickup will incur a $5 restocking fee.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

Orders not picked up within 48 hours of the original pickup time will be forfeited and are no longer eligible for pickup or refund.

Yes! I have multiple gluten-free menu items available. Since gluten-free goodies aren't typically included in combo boxes, please message me directly if you'd like to order, and I'll find a spot for you in my books!
